Contact Us
One address reaches everyone who works on this site:
There is no contact form, no live chat and no account system. Email is the only channel, which means nothing you send gets lost in a queue nobody reads. We aim to reply within a few days. If your message needs a change to the site, the change usually happens before the reply does.
Other things worth writing about
- A factual mistake. If we said a building unlocks at the wrong Town Hall, described an attack incorrectly, or got a release detail wrong, tell us what is wrong and we will fix it and re-date the page. Say where you saw the correct information if you have it to hand.
- A layout that does not work in practice. If a base we recommend is failing consistently against a particular attack, that is real feedback. Tell us the attack and roughly what happened. We would rather rewrite a page than leave a bad base up.
- A broken page, a rendering problem or an accessibility problem. Include the page address, your browser and what you saw. Accessibility reports go to the front of the queue.
- A copyright or takedown matter. Use the DMCA page, which lists what a valid notice must contain. You can still send it to the same address.
- A privacy request. Access, deletion, correction, objection, or opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information. See the privacy policy for what we hold, which is very little. Put “Privacy request” in the subject line.
Submitting a layout
Layout submissions come to this same address with the subject line Layout submission, and they need one thing: a screenshot of the base with the game interface hidden. Your in-game name is optional, and it is the only thing we credit you by.
A usable screenshot is at least 700 pixels on the shortest side, PNG or JPG, cropped to the base, with no arrows, no added text, no watermark and no other player’s name anywhere in the frame. We resize it, strip the metadata and host it ourselves. There is no upload form and no account.
Read submit a layout before sending one. It covers how to take the screenshot, what we check, what we write ourselves, and how credit and takedown requests work.
What we cannot help with
We are a fan site with no connection to Supercell, so there are things that are genuinely out of our hands:
- Account problems, bans, lost villages, purchase issues and Supercell ID trouble. We have no access to any account and no channel into Supercell support. Use in-game Settings, then Help and Support.
- Reporting other players. Use the in-game reporting tools.
- Anything involving cheats, bots, mods, private servers or buying and selling accounts. We do not assist with these, we do not link to them, and messages about them do not get a reply.
- Requests to remove or downrank another site’s layouts. Not our business and not something we would do.
- Guest posts, link exchanges, sponsored posts and “we noticed a broken link on your page” outreach. We do not accept paid placements or sponsored links of any kind. These emails are deleted.
About the email you send us
Your message and address sit in a normal mailbox. We use them to answer you and, where relevant, to fix the site. We do not add you to a mailing list, we have no mailing list, and we do not pass your address to anyone. Correspondence is kept while it is useful and then deleted. Please do not send passwords, payment details or anything sensitive. We will never ask for your Supercell ID credentials, and any message that does is not from us.
