These terms apply to your use of clashofclanslayouts.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept the new version.

clashofclanslayouts.com is an independent fan site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or specifically approved by Supercell, and Supercell is not responsible for it. See the disclaimer.

Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age set by your own country’s law where that age is lower, and where consent is required for anything on this site a parent or guardian must give it. Some countries set a higher age of majority for agreeing to terms like these; if you are below it, ask a parent or guardian to read this page with you.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. See the privacy policy for what happens if we learn that we have.

There are no accounts

The site has no sign-up, no login and no user profiles. You do not create an account and you cannot lose one. Anything the site remembers about you, such as your saved favourites, is stored in your own browser and never sent to us. Clearing your browser data clears it.

What you may do with the content

Read it, use it, and build the bases. Copy a layout into your own village, use it in war, share a page with your clan. That is the point of the site.

Please do not scrape or bulk-copy the site, republish our written analysis as your own, or use automated tools to hammer the site. If you want to reference a layout elsewhere, link to the page.

Content you send us

If you submit a layout, a correction, feedback or any other material, you confirm that it is yours to send and that sharing it does not break anyone else’s rights or Supercell’s rules. Do not send us anything you copied from another site, another creator or another player without their agreement.

By submitting a layout you give us permission to publish it on this site, to show it as a base picture, to write our own analysis of it, and to edit its description for clarity and accuracy. You keep whatever rights you had in your design. We credit contributors as described on the submit page, and you can ask us to remove your layout or your credit at any time by emailing us.

We are not obliged to publish anything you send, and we can remove any submission at any time without giving a reason.

What is not allowed here

Do not use this site, or send us anything, in connection with:

• cheats, hacks, exploits, bots, automation software, mods, or private or modified servers for any Supercell game;
• buying, selling, trading or boosting accounts, clans or in-game resources, or advertising any of that;
• leaks or unreleased game content that Supercell has not published;
• infringement of anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• harassment, abuse, discrimination, sexual content, illegal activity, gambling promotion, or crypto and NFT promotion;
• anything that misrepresents this site as official, licensed or connected to Supercell.

These restrictions exist partly because Supercell’s Fan Content Policy requires them and partly because we would not want that material here anyway. We remove it and we do not reply to messages promoting it.

Advertising

The site carries or may carry third-party advertising. Ads are supplied by third parties and are not endorsements by us. What is advertised is not our content and we do not vet advertisers individually, though we block categories that conflict with the restrictions above. How advertising affects your data is set out in the privacy policy.

Links to other sites

Where we link out, for example to Supercell’s own pages, we do not control what is on the other end and are not responsible for it. Follow external links at your own discretion.

No warranty

The site and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any link will work, that any layout will defend successfully, or that any statement about the game is complete or current. Game balance changes and our content can fall behind it.

Nothing here is professional advice. Nothing here guarantees trophies, loot, stars, war results or league placement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of this site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid to use it, which is nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, and where that is the case these limits apply only as far as the law permits. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Takedown and complaints

If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, follow the process on the DMCA page. For anything else, including a request to remove a layout or a credit, write to [email protected]. We read every message and act on legitimate requests promptly.

We can suspend or withdraw access to the site, or any part of it, at any time.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
